About the Early Adopter Program
Congratulations! Hopefully you're reading this because you have been included in the 2 Way Fitness Early Adopter program. As a member of the program you have been assigned a personal trainer who will provide you with professional advice which will help you to set and attain your fitness goals. You will make use of the 2 Way Fitness online web application to track your progress towards your goals. Your trainer will be able to observe your progress and will provide feedback as required.
The 2 Way Fitness system is still undergoing active development. What we have working at the moment is simply the first step towards our vision for online personal training. You will notice new features being added over the upcoming months. We have plenty of good stuff planned, but we are also keen to hear from you regarding any suggestions you might have for improvements to the system. See "Questions, Comments, and Suggestions" below for how to do that.
Using the System
In case you don't already know where it is, here is a link to the 2 Way Fitness Website. Click on the "Already a member?" bubble at the top right of that page to login to your account. You should have already received your login and password details in a separate communication.
Questions, Comments, and Suggestions
As an early adopter, we are keen to hear about your experiences using the system. If at any time you have any questions or suggestions about the software, or just wish to make a general comment, then please post a New Topic at the Two Way Fitness Forum. Also, feel free to add your thoughts to any existing discussion threads.
If you have a question regarding your personal fitness program or fitness training in general, then you should send a message to your trainer from within the 2 Way Fitness system. That's what your trainer is for, after all!
If you have come across something that you think is a bug in the software, then please let us know about it by reporting the bug at our Bug Tracker. If you leave your email address there, we'll keep you up to date on our progress with the bug.
